Tony has advised and appeared on a wide range of matters in all NSW Courts, including at Coronial inquests, as well as the NSW Personal Injury Commission. He has also appeared in the NSW Court of Appeal, the ACT Supreme Court and as junior in counsel the High Court of Australia. Tony regularly represents parties at Private and Court ordered Mediations, as well as Informal Settlement Conferences.

Tony’ specialises in common law/personal injury, public liability, insurance, professional negligence, CTP Claims and CARS assessments, Work Injury Damages, Coronial Inquiries and construction.

Tony was employed as a solicitor in the Insurance Litigation section at HDY. He acted for commercial insurers over a diverse range of litigated claims and managed a busy practice comprised of litigated proceedings in all NSW Courts, together with Appellate matters in the higher courts.

During his employment with HDY, Tony was seconded on a full time basis as in house claims manager to the National Office of Vero Insurance with responsibility for the conduct of multi-million dollar claims.
