Litigation practice

While I have a diverse practice and accept instructions in many jurisdictions, I am a commercial litigation and equity lawyer with particular expertise in bankruptcy and corporate insolvency. I also maintain my registration as a migration agent (0101077) and can assist with migration law matters including advice about visas and merits review applications (in the AAT). I also accept instructions in administrative law matters and have conducted judicial review applications in the federal courts.

My other practice areas include family law, family provision and crime.

Dispute resolution practice

I am an arbitrator accredited by the NSW Bar Association and graded by the Resolution Institue. I am also a graduate of the Master of Dispute Resolution at UNSW.

I am a NMAS accredited mediator and I have experience both as mediator and have also represented parties at mediations.  In acting as a mediator I bring my life experience (including my career before law) and my knowledge of the principles of dispute resolution to that role. I am will accept instructions to act as mediator, arbitrator or facilitator.
