David Turner

David was called to the NSW Bar in 2016. Before that, he was employed as a solicitor at Norton Rose Fulbright Australia, where he practiced in a range of areas including competition and consumer law, general commercial litigation, and insolvency and financial restructuring. In that role, David acted for insolvency practitioners on commercially and strategically complex insolvency appointments, and for major Australian banks and other financial institutions on defended security enforcement litigation.

David has experience in managing not only the legal and commercial risks of litigation, but also the reputational risk associated with sensitive credit exposures.
