Areas of Practice

Since coming to the Bar, I have practised primarily in Family Law with extensive experience in this jurisdiction. In particular, I have Family Law experience in complex parenting, financial and property matters, and acting for third party interveners.

I maintain a broad practice, advising and appearing in the areas of equity & commercial including mortgagee, corporations, contractual disputes, revenue, and criminal matters. I am also well-versed in cost recovery for solicitors.

I regularly appear in the Family Court of Australia, Supreme Court of New South Wales, and District and Local Courts, in matters at first instance and on appeal.

My pro bono work has included appearing as duty barrister in a variety of matters and appearing in both civil and criminal pro bono matters.
