Predominately Family Law in areas of marital and de facto relationship disputes concerning property settlement, spousal maintenance, custodial welfare of children including Hague Convention matters, drafting and settlement of pre-nuptial and post-nuptial settlement agreements etc.
For the most part litigation in which I have appeared has occurred in the Family Court of Australia, the Federal Circuit Court of Australia and the Equity Division of the Supreme Court of New South Wales.
I have over the years conducted over a hundred appeals in the Full Court of the Family Court of Australia and have appeared in several High Court of Australia appeals concerning significant aspects and developments in Family Law.
